Dr. Christine Hahn

Medical Director at: Idaho Division of Public Health

Background

Dr. Hahn attended Medical School at Michigan State University, completed a residency
in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic’s Graduate School of Medicine, then completed
a Fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Duke University Medical Center.

After a 2-year training as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer with the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention, she became the Idaho state epidemiologist in 1997;
she continues to serve in that capacity. She currently also serves as the state’s TB controller and the medical director for the
Idaho Division of Public Health.

She has been Board Certified in Infectious Disease since 1995.
